Sometimes, hydration therapy includes testing your limits. You can literally see me, clip by clip, getting less and less enthusiastic about the amount of liquids I'm ingesting, but I know in the end it will make for a good clip (or two) So I play with my large soft belly and push through to the end of both of those beverages.
